This new, two-story, 8,300 square foot facility is steel construction with a stucco and brick veneer finish. Krische was responsible for all of the work, from concrete to masonry, carpentry, drywall, glazing, doors, hardware and painting. This project was completed on time and within the terms of the contract.

The Radisson Hotel remained open during construction so good communication and timeliness were critical. The work was coordinated to accommodate hotel scheduling and included front desk and guest room remodeling, plumbing upgrades and moving the fire alarm system.

Commonly known as "The Flats," the Residences at the Flatirons in Boulder is a $5.7 million, 47,000-square-foot new construction project. Located near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, this 34-unit condominium complex features high-end finishes and underground parking with phenomenal mountain views.

We were selected to build a new 8,000-square-foot church for the Eternal Savior Lutheran community. The church cost $2.3 million and consisted of a wood-frame construction with masonry veneer and interior wood beams and arches.
Municipal and Community Projects

Construction for this popular park included concession stands and restroom facilities. The project was completed on schedule and within budget.

The new construction on these public facilities, owned by the City and County of Broomfield, included a fully equipped concession stand, restroom facilities and picnic shelters.

This historic renovation revitalized four, side-by-side turn-of-the century homes in our hometown of Longmont. We made every effort to preserve the historic look and charm of the old houses using original moldings, trim, doors and claw foot tubs when possible. To make the houses appealing to today’s buyer, modern amenities were added, including new electrical service and plumbing.
Medical, Laboratory and Clean Room Facilities

This new construction for the 10,000 square foot Center included space for offices, exam and therapy rooms, and patient and family counseling rooms.

This remodeled interior tenant finish included a medical recovery room and endoscopy procedure room. It required extensive HVAC work with pre-piped medical gases.

Krische has done a variety of projects for the University including classrooms, laboratory and instrument rooms and clean room facilities with fume hoods.

This project, valued at $2.1 million, was an exterior remodel and tenant finish for a 23,000-square-foot medical office building.
Educational

Work at various schools within the St. Vrain Valley and Denver district schools include heating, ventilation and mechanical systems, concrete, tile, and plastic laminate work, building upgrades, additions and restorations, asbestos abatement and fire protection systems.
