Although construction tools, materials and practices are constantly improving, the very nature of construction presents many safety challenges. We are proactive in maximizing the safety of our employees and job site visitors through:

- Weekly inspections by Krische Safety Officer
- Careful planning
- Clear communication
- Training
We believe and teach that safety is the responsibility of every employee. As part of our work compensation safety cost containment plan, employees are expected to follow safety guidelines, be alert and take action to prevent accidents when they see a potential hazard. A safe, healthy job site reduces liability, stress and work delays.
