Project was valued at: $591,347
A fast-track renovation of 6,000 s.f. of a former museum space. The project subdivided the space into two high tech classrooms.
Alameda High School Addition and Remodel, Lakewood, CO
Project was valued at: $8,400,000
Work consists of a new 2-story Academic Classroom area comprised of approximately 43,261 s.f., including new mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, security and fire systems for current building with expansion capabilities for future construction phases. Additionally, work shall include the remodel of the existing Athletic and PE Locker Rooms of approximately 7,330 s.f. The project was phased to permit student occupancy throughout the 2008/2009 school year and was completed on schedule before the 2009/2010 school year began.

Montessori Peaks Addition/Remodel, Littleton, CO

Addition to an existing school consisting of gymnasium, art room, music room, two classrooms, two restrooms and a servery. This project included the 2,800 s.f. renovation of the existing library.
U.N.C. Rocky Mountain Cancer Rehabilitation Center, Greeley, CO

New construction and site development of a 10,000 s.f. facility which includes offices, exam rooms, physical therapy, patient/family counseling, and prescriptive exercise intervention and assessment areas as well as other support space.
