Krische Construction and KCI Constuction Merge
Krische Construction and KCI Construction have merged operations and the new firm will be known as Krische Construction. Under terms of the agreement, Krische Construction will acquire the 5,800-square foot office building KCI Construction formerly occupied at 605 Weaver Park Road in Longmont. This site will be the new home office for the combined operations after a remodel, expected to be completed in August 2007. Krische Construction will move its current operations, based at 1117 Kimbark St. in Longmont, to the Weaver Park location when construction is finalized.
Krische Construction Awarded Contract for The Lotus Center
Krische Construction was selected by Flatirons Village to remodel the historical Lotus building at 900 28th Street in Boulder. The architect is Left Hand Design Group of Boulder. Building construction cost is valued at $1,397,112.
Krische Construction Chosen for Forest City Stapleton Pool Facility Construction
Krische Construction was selected by Forest City Stapleton to construct a pool in Forest City filing 15 at 2831 Hanover Street in Denver. Construction will include a bath house building and site work. The architect for the project is Simple Brown Design, PC of Denver. Construction cost is valued at $1,159,000.
Krische Construction Awarded Several Contracts at the University of Colorado at Boulder
Krische Construction was selected by the University of Colorado to remodel and renovate several Boulder Campus buildings including the Fleming Law Building, Housing System Services Center and the Hellems Building. Total construction cost for all three projects is valued at $1,351,350.
Krische Construction Selected for New Construction of Summit Bank in Thornton
Krische Construction was selected for the new construction of the Summit Bank and Trust, located at 16501 Washington Street, in Thornton. The 4,014-square-foot bank is the second bank that Krische has built for Summit. The estimated project value is $1,181,758.
Krische Construction Chosen to Renovate Montessori Peaks Academy
Krische Construction was selected by Jefferson County School District R-1 to construct and renovate Montessori Peaks Academy in Littleton. The project will include adding a gymnasium, art room, music room, two classrooms and two restrooms to the existing building and a renovation of 2,850 square feet into a library. T*Rex Architex designed the building. Building renovations and construction cost is valued at $1,676,254.

Krische Construction Awarded Contract for Erie Marketplace
Tebo Development selected Krische to construct a new retail building in the Arapahoe Ridge Marketplace in Erie. Tolleson Architects designed the 5,330 square foot steel frame masonry and stucco exterior building. The project's cost is valued at more than $570,000.
Krische Construction to Begin Restoration of Horace Mann Middle School
Krische Construction was selected by the Denver Public Schools to complete roofing improvements and finish upgrades at Horace Mann Middle School. The plans include new windows and doors, asbestos abatement, electrical and mechanical restoration, and excavation for ADA requirements. The project's cost is valued at more than $2.1 million.
Krische Construction Chosen as General Contractor for Summit Bank
Krische construction was chosen as the negotiated general contractor for construction of the new Summit Bank west of Flatirons Crossing Mall. Krische will provide pre-construction and construction services for a building designed as a drug store, but never occupied. The 1.3 million project includes an extensive exterior remodel, addition of drive through lanes and a complete interior remodel.

Krische Construction Selected for $1.8 million St. Vrain School Project
Krische Construction was selected by the St. Vrain School District to complete a $1.8 million building improvement, including mechanical and electrical upgrades, at Skyline High School. Improvements include upgrades to the heating and air conditioning units, boilers and electromechanical controls. A complete Direct Digital Control (DDC), which accurately controls building HVAC systems, will be installed and the electrical service and switchgear will be revised.
Krische Construction Awarded Contract for Denver Public Schools Project
Krische Construction was selected by the Denver Public Schools to complete roofing improvements and finish upgrades at three schools, including Beach Court Elementary, Del Pueblo Elementary, and Smedley Elementary. The projects cost is valued at more than $940,000.
Krische Construction Awarded $2.6 Million Contract with St. Vrain Valley School District
Krische Construction was selected by the St. Vrain School District to complete $2.6 million worth of building improvements at the Career Development Center in Longmont. Improvements include renovations to the rooftop heating and air conditioning units, fire alarm system, boilers and heating/piping materials with modifications will be made to the chiller and chilled water piping and a new boiler room will be added complete with a chiller enclosure.
Krische Construction Awarded Contract for Boulder County Fairgrounds
Krische Construction was selected by Boulder County to renovate the Jack Murphy Stadium at the Boulder County Fairgrounds. Stadium improvements include bleacher replacement, and public restrooms renovations to ensure the facility is in compliance with the American Disabilities Act. The projects cost is valued at more than $433,000.
Krische Construction Selected for Historic Remodel of First Congregational Church Carriage House
Krische Construction was selected to handle the historic renovation of First Congregational Church Carriage House, located at 1120 ½ Pine St. in Boulder. Renovation of the 1,300-square-foot building includes the preservation of the exterior historical structure and rebuilding the interior structure. This project also includes interior finishes, mechanical and electrical upgrades.
Krische Construction Named to Fastest Growing Company List for Third Straight Year
For the third consecutive year, the Boulder County Business Report named Krische Construction, a Longmont-based construction firm, one of the 100 fastest growing, privately held companies doing more than $2 million worth of business in Boulder and Broomfield counties.
Krische tied for 99th in 2004 and ranked 21st on the annual list in 2003 when revenues jumped 50.86% from 2001 to 2002, reaching almost $11 million in revenue for 2002.
