The Colorado Real Estate Journal (CREJ) Multifamily Properties Quarterly, published November 2016, included an article under “Project Highlight” about the Terry Street Brownstones in Longmont. Krische Construction, the General Contractor, provided the article tying the project to the revitalization happening in Longmont’s historic downtown district. This development, completed in 2016, connects with Longmont’s history.
“People were excited to have a new addition in this area downtown,” said Joe Black, Krische Construction’s project manager on the Brownstones. “The choice of design was a good one to fit in with the surrounding neighborhood. People told me they love to walk downtown to have coffee in the morning, and these homes, just two blocks from Main Street, will allow people to walk downtown to shop or eat out, but are far enough away from Main Street’s traffic that it’s a quiet neighborhood. Having the parks and schools nearby is a benefit, too.”
